Standard Carriage Prices

Transit times are all in working days.

Orders must be placed by 1pm weekdays.

We have introduced a set of carriage charges to ensure that you have the best choice of options for the type of order that you are placing. The list below explains the default shipping charges, and a drop down menu at Checkout will allow you to pick an option that suits you best.

Please note that if a carriage rate option is not shown then either 1) we are not currently shipping to your destination country 2) your order does not qualify for that service due to weight/size restrictions or 3) some areas of the UK are only served by certain services; i.e. 24hr delivery is not available to northern Scotland.

UK Rates

Tracked 24hr (£4.70) & 48hr (£3.80) services by Royal Mail (the available delivery service will default to a higher rate if Royal Mail weight or dimension limits are exceeded). Order deadline is 1pm weekdays.

Tracked 1 working day service by courier at £6.95
Tracked 2 working day service by courier £5.95
(Available on all order values) Order deadline is 1pm weekdays - restrictions apply.

Despatches take place on Mon-Fri only, with Saturday not classed as a working day. Please note: Some UK post codes can take significantly longer than the service paid for.

Checkout will automatically choose the cheapest service for you if applicable, then you have the option of chosing a different service.

Please note that transit times are in weekdays only and we do not deliver at weekends or Bank Holidays. All deliveries are dependent solely on the carrier once the goods have left our premises. Delivery to some UK post codes can take significantly longer than the service paid for; e.g. a 24 hour service may take 2-3 working days due to outlying areas. Orders must be placed by 1pm weekdays for the order to leave us that same day.

If you use your mobile number as your main contact number then tracking information and delivery advice will be sent to your mobile.

PLEASE NOTE THESE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Drivers will leave goods in a safe place or with a neighbour if the recipient is out. Customers have other delivery options such as changing date or address, which are available via the tracking service or app.

If courier drivers can’t deliver then they will take the consignment back to the depot and contact the consignee to re-arrange delivery (only applicable to certain services). The delivery can be re-scheduled or re-directed by the customer via the tracking service. After a period of time the parcel is returned to Brushwood Toys and will require a further shipping charge to re-deliver to the customer. We have an excellent relationship with our carrier so please do contact us if you have any questions.

Northern Ireland:
Tracked 24hr & 48hr services by Royal Mail (the available delivery service will default to the courier rate if Royal Mail weight or dimension limits are exceeded). Order deadline is 1pm weekdays. Cost is as per mainland UK.

Tracked courier service at: £7.95 - Orders must be placed by 1pm weekdays for the order to leave us that same day. Orders over £25 will default to the tracked service to NI. Estimated transit time is 2-3 working days.

Republic of Ireland

On a minimum order value of £60 (€70 approximately) we are charging £17.95 carriage plus £4.95 document charges and any applicable duty which will all be applied at checkout - Shipping by courier takes approximately 4-7 working days and orders must be placed by 2pm weekdays for the order to leave us that same day. Delivery schedules are subject to customs delays.

The terms on carriage for these orders is for shipping only; the customer being responsible for any import costs. There is a minimum order value of £60GBP on all orders outside the UK.

The purpose of these charges is to cover post-Brexit customs costs and get the order delivered to the customer's door without any further charges being due. They are not intended to increase our revenue!

Other Shipping Rates

ALL NON-UK/EUROPEAN ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE OF £60 (€70 apprx.) AND DOCUMENT PROCESSING FEES OF £4.95 (SUBJECT TO CHANGE). Carriage, document charges and import duty will be calculated at checkout for you (except Zones 8 & 9). Royal Mail services are subject to restrictions and may not be available for your order. The basic shipping rates are as follows:
