If delivery is to an area outside of UK mainland and you cannot identify the correct shipping cost please email or call us for an estimated cost for shipping.

If you are not happy with your toys in any way then just contact us and we will give you a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

All toys are sent out by dedicated carrier or by Royal Mail first and second class mail.

All prices shown on the Brushwood Toys website are in GBP and Vat is included at the current UK rate of 20%.

Packaging: to ensure all Brushwood buildings get to you in perfect condition we carefully wrap each individual component in cell-air foam, box and place within a tough cardboard shipping carton. If you are returning goods to us please ensure that the same level of care and packaging is used in order to protect the goods concerned.

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders on the day of purchase, as long as the order is received before 1pm, except on weekends and back holidays when orders will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are delivered electronically on receipt of payment to the email address on your account. Gift cards are considered a form of currency and therefore we do not hold details of the gift card number; it is up to the customer to keep the gift card number secure for future use and treat it in the same way as cash. We cannot release details of gift cards to anyone apart from the purchaser. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refund; any balance left on the card is tracked by our system and can be used in the future.

Delivery: within 7 days of order apart from the lead up to Christmas when order deadlines and delivery times are given on our home page. If we cannot guarantee delivery in the specified time periods, we will post details on the home page when applicable. We will advise if we are short on stock.
