COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our competitions are open to anyone living in mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  Competition prizes will be dispatched as soon as possible after the winner has been picked. At busy times of year such as the lead up to Christmas, dispatch may be delayed for some time after the close of the competition. The winner will be contacted by us following the close of the competition (if no response is received within 24hrs of our email another winner will be chosen).  We will publish the winners name on Facebook and on the website. All judging is carried out by our board of directors and their decision is final!

Please note that the method of entry to any competition will be stated in the introduction to that competition and that applications for entry received by any other method will be invalid unless otherwise stated.   Brushwood Toys reserves the right to remove the competition at any time without issuing a prize. Brushwood Toys reserves the right to change the prize without notice for any competition that is running or closed; in the case of a closed competition or the stated prize being unavailable the winner will be offered a prize of our choice.

Competition descriptions are very important - for diorarma related competitions we require a diorama layout such as a farm, landscape or field scene.  Please check the competition description to make sure you have adhered to our instructions otherwise you risk your submission being withdrawn. Photographs must be in focus and no larger than 1MB in size.  We do require photos to be emailed to us - please contact us if you cannot manage this.

Brushwood Toys competitions do not solely rely on social media tools for entry, however they will be promoted through any social media as we see fit and may involve joining a social media group or page, reading blogs or writing posts as dictated in the competition instructions. 

Entries are only valid when following the official links and instructions for the competition; random Facebook likes, emails and contact form submissions will not be accepted.  Any abuse, foul language or other inappropriate comments, behaviour or submissions will invalidate entries and risk the user being banned from our social media pages.

We will publicise the competitions on the Brushwood Toys website along with email newsletters & social media pages such as Facebook and Instagram.   We will not directly contact all unsuccessful entrants.  We reserve the right to withdraw entries without notice.

All photographs are for illustration purposes only - the prize is for the item described only with none of the accessories or extra buildings shown.  Employees and immediate relatives of employees of Brushwood Design Ltd and Brushwood Toys are ineligible for entry. Carriage will be on our standard rate applicable for the value of goods.  One entry per household.

We aim to run regular competitions throughout the year, however as we are all humans and virtually none of our processes are automated, the regularity may vary!
