very nice model well packed and delivered by Royal Mail who were not very good in that delivery as they delivered it three days later than the original date given by them really I think a very poor service by Royal mail.

Hi Richard. We are sorry to hear that you had trouble with Royal Mail. We have been using their tracked products for a little while now and have found them to be very reliable. However, as with any courier service there are the occassional glitches, so we can only apologise that you had issues this time around. If you would prefer to use the DHL service in future, that is only a £1 more for the 48 hour choice.

A nice little model, and great service from Brushwood.
I do feel the model is too plastic looking, painted wheels would help and getting rid of the think black window edges also.

Thank you very much for your review David., and we're glad that you like the DB. The plastic on Britains products does tend to be thicker than other more expensive products, however as they are intended for age 3 upwards there will inevitably be some compromise in the design. Any less plastic and they may well lose the toughness that allows them to survive youngsters play.

Delighted with this model another one to my Brown collection, yet again postage very nicely priced which is one of the reasons i have purchased my last two tractors with Brushwood.
Little disappointed with the long wait as i pre ordered it, but that was down to manufactures and not brushwood but once it was in stock came right out to myself, great service.
